What days of the week do you deliver flowers?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.

Zurich is officially organised into twelve city districts and 34 statistical quarters. Everyday neighbourhood descriptions do not always follow those boundaries, and neither layer covers the whole canton. The 452,421 residents reported at the end of 2025 belong to the city municipality rather than the surrounding agglomeration. Use the recipient’s postal locality and postcode, followed by street, house number, building, floor and apartment. A district number or quarter name can support orientation but cannot replace the formal address. When a destination is in another municipality, keep that locality even if the recipient describes it as Zurich. A station, lakeside point or tram stop is a landmark, not an unattended delivery destination.
A residential building may use multiple entrances, staircases or rear access points behind one street number. Include the floor, apartment, bell name and directions approved by the resident, and make sure somebody can answer a locked door. A hotel gift needs the guest’s full reservation name, arrival date, exact property and room or booking reference when known. Confirm that reception can receive and protect the item. Serviced apartments may share branding with a hotel but follow different access arrangements. Do not leave flowers in a public lobby, outside a lakeside property or beside a station entrance. An authorised indoor handover is more dependable than asking the florist to search for an unmarked door.
University Hospital Zurich’s campus at Rämistrasse 100 contains many named tracts, buildings and entrances, and the organisation also operates other locations. Its inpatient postal instructions require the patient’s full name together with tract, floor and room. Use those details plus the correct receiving entrance rather than relying on the hospital name. The postal instruction does not prove flower acceptance, so ask the current unit what it permits. A transfer can change the tract or room, while an outpatient may leave quickly. If the current location is unavailable, wait for confirmation or choose a residential address after discharge instead of sending an unidentified arrangement to the main campus.
For a business address, provide the employer, employee, department, floor and staffed reception or security desk. A wedding, conference, graduation, performance or restaurant gathering needs the venue’s full address, event name, room, start time and onsite organiser. Large office, university and cultural sites may separate public doors from goods receiving, so ask which entrance should accept an outside item. Choose one fixed location when the recipient will move between parts of an event. Timing requests guide coordination without guaranteeing an appointment. Flowers suit personal recognition; chocolates, balloons or gift baskets can be shared, while perfume, wine and champagne should fit the recipient, adult status and venue rules.
The City of Zurich operates nineteen municipal cemeteries. That network does not constitute one destination or establish a universal courier handover. Ask the family or funeral director for the named cemetery, deceased’s full name, service time, chapel or meeting point, entrance and receiving contact. Do not choose a site merely from the district number or city cemetery directory. The intended flowers may instead belong at a funeral venue, place of worship or family residence. For a home condolence arrangement, preserve the formal locality and complete property details and ensure somebody will be present to bring it indoors. Review the card wording and destination carefully before placing the order.
A fresh bouquet can express affection, welcome, gratitude or achievement. Plants work for settled homes and offices, while dried flowers, silk flowers and preserved roses offer lasting alternatives. Chocolates, balloons and baskets suit sharing; perfume and alcohol require personal knowledge and appropriate circumstances. Review items offered for the Zurich address and date. Seasonal availability may require a thoughtful change to a flower, colour, container or wrapping detail while retaining the selected character and value. Record allergies, dietary restrictions and important design preferences. Before sending to a hospital, hotel or secured workplace, confirm that the named receiving area can accept and safely store the chosen product.
